Guarantee statemente Paradigma has taken precautions to ensure that our end customers will not have to worry about unpredictable price developments or even the availability of the wood pellet fuel within 5 years of commissioning your Paradigma Pelletti* wood pellet boiler. Paradigma vouches for this with the 2008 wood pellet delivery and price guarantee. Paradigma guarantees that they will supply your personal Pelletti wood pellet boiler with a sufficient quantity of quality pellets up to a maximum price corresponding to the current average price for heating oil/natural gas minus 25% relative to the same fuel value for a period of 5 years from the date of commissioning of the boiler in accordance with the guarantee conditions on the rear of the enclosed guarantee certificate. The current average price for heating oil/natural gas can be calculated in accordance with last month’s listing at www.brennstoffspiegel.de including statutory value added tax, subject to possible changes in the VAT and excluding any logistics fees payable on delivery. According to data from the IER at the University of Stuttgart, the annual fuel requirement of an old single-family house (useful area 150 m², heating requirement 150 kWh / m² a) is 28 MWh. The procedure To enable final customers to benefit from the advantages of the Paradigma wood pellet delivery and price guarantee, all they have to do is fill out the registration form fully with confirmation by the installation engineer who commissioned the system and, no later than 3 months after commissioning, sent it to Paradigma by fax or e-mail. They will then receive a guarantee certificate issued for the corresponding Pelletti wood pellet boiler within two weeks by post.
