At the company headquarters in Karlsbad, near Karlsruhe in Germany, 160 members of staff are employed in business operations, research and development, consulting, marketing, sales and logistics. They are supported by two subsidiaries: Ritter Solar and RNO Kesselfabrik in Dettenhausen, near Stuttgart, with a total of 160 employees.

The new SOLAR flat plate collector sets standards: For the first time, the collector absorber is HF welded for better heat transfer between the fin and the copper pipe of the heat transfer medium.

Second generation of the CPC evacuated tube collector with the CPC Star series

Establishment of Ritter Solar in Dettenhausen for producing CPC evacuated tube collectors
Market introduction of Pelletti wood pellet boiler
Wins 2000 Design Award of the Industry Forum for the CPC Azzurro evacuated tube collector

Establishment of RNO Kesselfabrik for producing wood pellet boilers
2004
Market introduction of the “Aqua” solar heating system The AquaSystem is still the only solar heating system today which operates entirely without frost protection agents and can be connected to existing heating systems without further modification.

Market introduction of the ModuVario condensing gas heat station, the powerful compact unit with a stratified storage tank

Paradigma receives the German Federal Award for outstanding innovative craftsmanship for its AquaSystem
Expansion of the production capacities at RNO Kesselfabrik to 16,000 wood pellet boilers each year

With the ModuVarioAqua, Paradigma introduces a condensing gas solar heat station to the market which can also support heating in addition to solar water heating.
